About the Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Growth Strategy Operations role requires deep expertise in Web3 growth. You will develop and execute growth initiatives, leveraging campaigns to drive business expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and Manage Growth Campaigns: Design and execute Web3 growth campaigns targeting wallets and decentralized exchanges.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee Project Management: Lead initiatives from conception through execution with high-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various teams to implement marketing strategies clearly.

What We Look For In You

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Web3 experience, including centralized exchanges, project teams, Web3 medias or VCs.
  • Mandarin and English language proficiency at a business level, with native proficiency in at least one.
  • Familiarity with Meme trading methods and at least one Meme trading platform.
  • Experience in marketing and/or operations roles in Web3 projects, exchanges, or medias.
  • (Bonus) Experience with a Web3 project listed on notable exchanges with significant DEX volumes or involvement in TGE plans.
  • (Bonus) Ownership or experience in building a Web3 IP on platforms like Twitter.
