About OKTOBER
OKTOBER is a rapidly expanding Shopify Retention Agency, known for delivering exceptional results to clients and brands. We are seeking an experienced Email UI Designer to join our dynamic team, focusing on enhancing customer retention through compelling visual design.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging emails and pop-ups for prominent e-commerce brands, including the creation of creative GIFs and animations.
- Develop robust Email Design Systems to ensure consistent, high-quality output and brand adherence across all projects.
- Take full ownership of project deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and preventing any slippages in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively seek out new design directions and inspiration to keep our work fresh, innovative, and market-leading.
- Contribute to making our design team more efficient and effective through smart workflows and collaborative practices.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years of dedicated email design experience (a strong, relevant portfolio is mandatory).
- Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features such as auto-layout, components, and local styles, is essential.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) in your design process to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- A curious mindset, strong team-player attitude, and an ambitious drive to grow within the agency.
