About the Role: Staff Product Marketing Manager, Infrastructure
This role drives the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Okta’s core Infrastructure and Trust motion. The candidate will lead messaging, positioning, and GTM strategies to support offerings that enable customers to build resilient, secure, and compliant identity infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute GTM strategy for infrastructure and trust offerings.
- Product Messaging: Develop compelling messaging and positioning for varied target audiences.
- Content Creation: Produce white papers, technical briefs, blog posts, and presentations.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams through decks, battlecards, and training materials.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, marketing and senior stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and competitive dynamics to refine strategy.
Required Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure.
- Developer acumen with knowledge of developer tools, APIs, and SDKs.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and strategic messaging.
- Strong collaboration skills across various departments.
- High sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Extra Credit
- Experience with cloud security, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), or disaster recovery.
- Technical background such as a CS degree or previous engineering experience.
- Experience with Auth0 products.
