Role Overview: Staff Analyst - Financial Systems Coupa
In this role, you will optimize, configure, and maintain the Coupa platform. You will work with TDI and Finance teams to design, test, implement, and support solutions for Procure-to-Pay and expense processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Coupa core system settings, workflows, approval chains, and security roles.
- Collaborate with TDI and Finance teams for system solutions in Coupa P2P and Invoicing modules.
- Provide functional consulting, best practices, and problem resolution for Coupa processes.
- Manage integrations between Coupa and ERP systems using integration tools and flat file uploads.
- Implement supplier integrations focusing on cXML standards for transactions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity across master data.
- Create standard and custom reports/dashboards to track spend metrics and compliance.
- Support user training and provide technical assistance globally.
- Leverage Coupa AI Insights to optimize spend management and detect anomalies.
- Ensure compliance through SOC reporting and audits of Finance Systems.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Coupa solutioning, analysis, and design.
- Expertise in Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, and Supplier Information Management.
- Experience within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strong understanding of P2P processes and financial controls.
- Experience with Coupa integrations (flat files, APIs) and data mapping with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, or SAP S/4HANA integrations is an advantage.
- Coupa Certification (e.g., P2P Specialist) is a plus.
