About the Role
Join Okta's Identity Threat Protection (ITP) team as a driven, outcome and customer-focused Product Manager. In this role, you will own, evolve, and scale the ITP product to exceed customer and business expectations by stopping identity-based attacks and automating security responses.
What You Will Do
- Own the Identity Threat Protection product at Okta.
- Accelerate product growth, adoption, and customer success.
- Develop hypotheses on customer problems and understand evolving attack surfaces.
- Drive the roadmap, make trade-offs, and balance new features with platform stability.
- Create new solutions enhancing the product's value for current and new customers.
- Leverage product data for continual improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Define and communicate clear product requirements to engineering teams.
- Develop strategic, differentiated solutions in the identity security space.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management for identity/enterprise security or SaaS products.
- Experience in cybersecurity or identity management including threat intelligence and incident response.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach.
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Track record of delivering products with tangible business results.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with attention to ambiguous inputs.
- Passion for Okta’s growth and a deep intellectual curiosity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience owning a product and its business functions.
- Knowledge of adversarial techniques and industry-leading cybersecurity products.
- Experience with high-growth full-stack product development.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols and products.
- Advanced degree in a technical or business field.
Additional Information
