Responsibilities

As the Benefits Operations Associate Manager, you will lead a Tier 1 support team, handle escalated benefits inquiries via ServiceNow, and streamline benefits processes across the US and global regions (AMER, EMEA & APAC). Your focus will include:

  • Managing global benefits inquiries including medical, dental, vision, and more.
  • Providing administrative support for leave of absence (LOA) processes.
  • Enhancing benefits processes for the employee lifecycle.
  • Overseeing statutory programs and compliance execution.
  • Monitoring data integrity and developing reporting dashboards using Workday & ServiceNow.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and offshore partners to optimize operations.

Required Knowledge & Experience

This role requires 6+ years in benefits operations with strong administrative and customer service skills, familiarity with Workday & ServiceNow, and experience in global employee benefits. Leadership experience with remote teams is highly desired.
