Responsibilities
Build and own payments-related products for internal teams and consumers. Drive business growth by identifying areas where product innovation can impact conversions and retention. Translate business goals into a clear roadmap while balancing qualitative and quantitative data. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine our payments solution and strategy. Own the complete product lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, KPI definition, and development processes. Collaborate closely with R&D, design, sales, customer experience, and finance. Design and plan frictionless user experiences, and explain complex concepts in simple terms. Manage stakeholder expectations and work intensively with technical teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager with a track record in writing detailed PRD documents. Demonstrated ability to design and plan frictionless user experiences. Must be self-organized, process-driven, and data-driven. Experience working intensively with technical teams and familiarity with Agile development.
Nice To Have
Experience with APIs, a background in FinTech and payments, proficiency in Hotjar and Google Analytics, and a technical background are advantageous.
