About Okoora
Okoora is a global Embedded FX Infrastructure company providing financial infrastructure that platforms embed into their products to power multi-currency operations, cross-border payments, and FX workflows for customers. Our client base includes B2B platforms such as fintech companies, SaaS platforms, ERPs, payment providers, marketplaces, and financial institutions.
The Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Okoora, you will own demand generation for our B2B platform customers. This pure individual contributor role focuses on turning Okoora’s positioning and value into real market demand, measured by qualified meetings and pipeline creation.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end demand generation for B2B platform customers.
- Build, test, and refine messaging for a complex infrastructure product.
- Plan and execute fast, experiment-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create marketing assets independently including copy, short-form video, and landing pages.
- Use AI tools daily for ideation, content creation, iteration, and automation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Data teams to connect campaigns with real business outcomes.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is measured by consistent generation of qualified sales meetings, direct contribution to new pipeline creation, and a clear understanding of which messaging and channels convert best.
Work Environment
- Full-time position
- On-site only in Israel

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation or growth roles
- Proven experience generating leads or meetings for B2B companies
- Strong English copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently, end-to-end
- Daily use of AI tools in marketing workflows
- Fast learner with a strong experimentation mindset
