Role Overview
The Global Partnerships Manager is responsible for creating and expanding a worldwide network of strategic partners who act as distribution multipliers for Okoora. Every partnership must translate into ARR through downstream client adoption.
What You Will Drive
- Identify, recruit, and activate global partners across various categories.
- Structure partnership agreements that enable downstream distribution.
- Ensure partners are equipped to onboard, refer, or embed clients.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering to convert leads.
- Build long-term, high-trust relationships with partners.
Core Responsibilities
- Map and prioritize global ecosystems including banking, payments, ERP, and advisory.
- Open strategic conversations with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate collaboration models such as white label and embedded API.
- Support partners in go-to-market motions.
- Track pipeline and client acquisition through partners.
- Align internal teams to maximize partner success and revenue.

Requirements
- Proven track record in global partnership or channel sales roles within fintech, SaaS, payments, banking, or core infrastructure.
- Experience in building distribution networks with measurable client acquisition.
- Ability to engage C-level executives and product/partnership leaders.
- Understanding of financial systems including FX, payments, or core banking technology.
- Strong strategic negotiation skills with commercial acumen.
