Overview
Okoora is building the global standard in Embedded FX Infrastructure. Their FX360 engine powers banks, PSPs, ERPs, marketplaces, brokers, and financial advisors with automated FX risk management, multi-currency wallets, and monetized cross-border flows.
Role Summary
The Global Partnerships Manager is responsible for creating and expanding a worldwide network of strategic partners that drive ARR through downstream customer adoption. The success of this role is measured by the clients these partners bring in rather than just the number of signed partnerships.
What You Will Drive
- Identify and recruit global partners from various categories including banks, PSPs, ERP vendors, and advisory firms.
- Structure partnership agreements to enable downstream distribution of the FX360 engine.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Solution Engineering to convert leads into monetized clients.
- Build long-term, high-trust relationships with partners to ensure recurring client acquisition.
Core Responsibilities
- Map and prioritize global ecosystems in banking, payments, ERP, advisory, and brokerage.
- Initiate strategic conversations with high-level decision-makers.
- Negotiate various collaboration models including white label, embedded API, and referral arrangements.
- Support partners in go-to-market strategies to transition their clients onto Okoora’s platform.
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and other teams to maximize partnership success and revenue outcomes.
Who You Will Work With
Externally, interact with executives from banks, PSPs, ERP vendors, core banking providers, broker networks, financial advisory firms, and system integrators. Internally, collaborate with Sales leadership, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
