About the Role
OK4WD is seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Stewartsville, NJ. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting online, over the phone, and via email with truck upfitting and off-road needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent pre and post-sales support
- Process orders from our ecommerce website, phone, and emails
- Maintain knowledge of products, order fulfillment, and accounting basics
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and online chat
- Update customer records in the company database
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Extroverted and customer-focused individual
- Passion for the off-road and automotive industries
- Experience with BigCommerce is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to learn new CRM, POS, and web-based systems quickly
- Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A good team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Open to constructive feedback
