Executive Services Coordinator at Office of Sport

Step into a role where you shape decisions and drive impact through strong stakeholder connections. Salary ranges from $113,574 to $ 125,720 + super & leave loading. Ongoing full-time opportunity based at Sydney Olympic Park location – flexible work arrangements will be considered.

About the Role

The Executive Services Coordinator manages high-quality Executive and Ministerial support for the Grants team. This role involves coordinating Ministerial correspondence and submissions, building strong relationships across the Department, and ensuring compliance with record management requirements. You will be handling tight deadlines and competing priorities, and accuracy will be important.

About You

Our ideal candidate will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated experience in Government, particularly in working with Ministerial stakeholders and/or Members of Parliament, will be highly regarded.
  • Strong writing skills and experience in creating clear and accurate Ministerial and Executive correspondence, often involving complex and sensitive matters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing positive stakeholder relationships to ensure timely, coordinated responses.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information from different sources to develop quality submissions.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology like TRIMs for records management and process improvements to meet guidelines.

Essential Requirements

To be eligible to apply for this position, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid Australian working Visa for the duration of the appointment.
