Responsibilities
- Lead UK compliance aligning with UKGC regulations and AML/CTF requirements
- Evolve compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Advise senior stakeholders on regulation, risk, and player protection
- Drive safer gambling strategies and champion best practices
- Build strong relationships with regulators and represent the company confidently
- Deliver training and audits to strengthen company-wide compliance culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance within online gambling or financial services
- Strong knowledge of UKGC, LCCP, AML/CTF, and safer gambling obligations
- Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior leadership engagement
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive
- Personal Management Licence (PML) desirable; support provided to obtain
