Primary Responsibilities & Attitude
The Analyst, Risk & Compliance will support all aspects of the Risk & Compliance program with a focus on accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
You Are Responsible For
- KYC/AML: Support and review documentation for KYC onboarding and perform KYC refresh reviews.
- SEC Compliance: Maintain Lost Holder Searches/Unclaimed Property programs and assist with SEC filings (TA-1, TA-2).
- Monitoring & Testing: Execute assigned monitoring activities and update regulatory registers timely.
- Team Activities: Manage compliance mailbox inquiries and support regulatory projects and audits.
Skills And Experience
Requires AML, compliance and transfer agent knowledge, internal controls, and strong critical thinking. Must display excellent organization, project management, and communication skills. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a financial institution, audit, or compliance role along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
