Job Description
We’re looking for a Talent Partnerships Manager to join our team and play a key role in both driving brand partnerships and supporting the growth of our talent roster. This role sits at the intersection of sales, talent strategy, and relationship building. You’ll focus on building and nurturing relationships with brands and agencies, supporting outbound partnership opportunities, and scouting new talent to join Odyssey. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations tied to sales activity, talent signings, and opportunity generation.
Job Responsibilities
Brand & Agency Partnerships
- Identify and pitch targeted brand and agency opportunities for Odyssey talent
- Lead and support new business meetings with brand and agency partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners
- Conduct regular check-ins to drive repeat business and deepen partnerships
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and performance to continuously improve results
- Collaborate closely with Talent Management Team to align outreach with talent goals
Talent Scouting & Pipeline Growth
- Consistently scout and identify new talent aligned to Odyssey’s vision and roster needs
- Conduct outreach and build early relationships with prospective talent
- Support evaluation of talent fit and long-term potential for representation
- Maintain visibility into team capacity and roster needs
- Support internal communication and smooth handoff across teams
Minimum Qualifications Required
- 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, brand partnerships, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator economy
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated—you take initiative and follow through
- Relationship-driven and naturally strong at building trust
- Comfortable working toward and achieving performance-based goals
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure
- Commitment to our organizational values
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
