Role Overview
The Junior Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth customer order delivery and managing invoicing. You will collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, operations, and finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and smooth delivery of customer orders.
- Resolve issues in the delivery process and keep customers informed.
- Manage customer invoicing once goods are delivered.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics partners.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
What We Are Looking For
If you are a fresh graduate or have experience in B2B commercial operations and international trade, this role is for you. You should be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure. Fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English is essential.
