  • Apply Human Centered Design practices including user interviews, journey mapping, workflow simulations, and usability testing.
  • Ensure interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards using tools such as ANDI or IBM Equal Access Accessibility Checker.
  • Support UX improvements across analytics-driven platforms and BI environments such as Tableau or Qlik.
  • Collaborate with developers to translate designs into scalable UI patterns that integrate with secure enterprise identity flows (CAC, SSO, MFA).
  • Conduct scenario-based usability testing and incorporate continuous feedback into Agile delivery cycles.
  • Contribute to enterprise design systems, accessibility patterns, and interaction standards across data applications.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align UX decisions with clinical workflows, analytics dashboards, and mission needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Approximately 3–6 years of experience supporting UX/UI or Human Centered Design efforts for enterprise or regulated web applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements and testing approaches.
  • Experience designing user experiences for data-heavy applications, dashboards, or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
  • Familiarity with secure authentication patterns such as CAC, SSO, or MFA within enterprise environments.
  • Experience collaborating within Agile or SAFe delivery teams.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows and stakeholder requirements into clear, usable interface designs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
