Our Need

As part of our missions for Warner Bros. Discovery (HBO Max), you will join the Special Task Force, an international team of Creative Producers dedicated to creating social content with a strong focus on TikTok. We are looking for a Junior Creative Producer to replicate in France a model already successfully deployed in Spain and the UK. Your mission: become the creative reference for the French market, in direct liaison with the regional social media teams. You will actively participate in the creation and editing of short, impactful content around Warner / HBO / Max franchises and titles, optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Your Missions

• **TikTok Content Creation:** Design and produce short, creative content around Warner / HBO / Max franchises and titles.
• **Trend Monitoring:** Follow social media trends (formats, sounds, memes) and adapt them to the catalog.
• **Editing and Post-Production:** Ensure the editing, assembly, and finalization of videos, adding visual effects, sound design, and transitions for a dynamic and attractive output.
• **Creative Collaboration:** Work closely with the in-house Creative Producer on LOPs, brand content, and current editorial priorities.
• **Format Evolution:** Progress from short formats to longer formats (trailers, brand content…).
• **France Coordination:** Maintain fluid and proactive communication with the Social Media teams in France.
• **Quality Control & Revisions:** Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure narrative flow and compliance with client expectations.

Skills You'll Need

• Mastery of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts codes and formats.
• Expertise in audiovisual creation and proficiency with the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Strong interest in cinema, series, and the HBO / Max universe.
• Fluent English: daily collaboration with international teams.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proactivity, strategic vision, and client focus.
