Event Executive (Travel/Hospitality Client)

Octagon is seeking an Event Executive with a passion for creating unforgettable events and delivering world-class guest experiences. This role involves planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs for a global hospitality and travel client.

The Work You’ll Do

• Assist in coordinating and managing tasks across multiple markets.
• Help with vendor relations, logistical planning, and event documentation.
• Support the execution of both in-person and virtual experiential marketing programs.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and ensure effective communication.
• Manage documents like status reports, inventory tracking, and expense management.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in an agency or events field.
• A go-getter mindset with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a valid US driver's license.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
