About the Account Manager Role at Ocrolus

By integrating open- and closed-source AI models with a human-in-the-loop verification engine, Ocrolus achieves over 99% accuracy, advanced fraud detection, and comprehensive analytics to enhance risk management and expand credit access.

Role Summary

Ocrolus is seeking an experienced Account/Growth Manager for SMB/Consumer clients. The candidate will work in person with approximately 25% domestic travel. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, facilitating process change management, process development, forecasting, sales support, product training, client service, project management, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings to build strong relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to adjust client processes to maximize the Ocrolus platform.
  • Act as the central point of contact for a dedicated customer base.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Manage multiple client projects, track metrics and forecast client trends.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 4+ years of SMB/Consumer lending experience. Candidates should have a proven track record in upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, along with strong client-focused solutions experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and time management skills are essential. A growth mindset and a talent for influencing process change are required.

Salary and Benefits

The full-time base salary range is between $120,000 and $150,000 plus commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Offered base pay may vary based on experience and market location, particularly for roles in New York City.
