Role Overview: Product Manager, Tech Platform & Data

As the Product Manager for Tech Platform & Data, you will drive strategy and execution for our core technical platform and data infrastructure. You will own the product that our engineers and business verticals use daily, enhancing data processing, developer velocity, system reliability, and data accessibility.

• Vision & Strategy: Define long-term vision and detailed product roadmap.
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering leaders and data experts.
• Execution & Prioritization: Translate complex technical requirements into clear PRDs and user stories.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a central contact between internal teams.
• Data as a Product: Oversee lifecycle of data assets from ingestion to analytics.
• Metrics & Measurement: Define KPIs like system uptime and API latency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years product management or engineering experience with focus on technical/data platforms.
• Deep technical acumen including cloud infrastructure, microservices, APIs, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with modern data stacks, data warehousing, SQL, and business intelligence.
• Strong communication to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional team management and mentoring.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
• Fintech and enterprise startup experience is a plus.

A Typical Day

• Lead backlog grooming with your core platform team.
• Write PRDs for new services.
• Collaborate with application product managers on platform needs.
• Analyze platform usage metrics to identify trends.
• Present quarterly roadmap to executive leadership.
• Deep-dive with SRE teams to triage production incidents.
