Join the growing team at OCI Hospitality as a PM Server at Hyatt Place in Cape Canaveral, FL. This role primarily involves PM shifts from Thursday to Sunday, focusing on providing exceptional guest service in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities of a PM Server
- Provide outstanding guest service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Present menus, inform guests about specials, and verify age for alcohol purchases.
- Maintain current knowledge of menu options, preparation, and ingredients.
- Communicate orders accurately and promptly to the kitchen.
- Anticipate guest needs and listen attentively to ensure satisfaction.
- Clear used dishes and glasses from tables and public areas.
- Deliver room service orders as required.
- Support safety policies and procedures for guests and team members.
- Assist team members and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Help maintain cleanliness and appropriate inventories within the department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support hotel operations.
