Overview

Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn & Suites Denver/Cherry Creek. In this role, you will be the face of the hotel, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, throughout the stay, and at checkout while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
  • Process various payment types including cash, check, debit, and credit.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any billing concerns.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room readiness.
  • Run daily reports, complete cashier and closing reports.
  • Answer guest calls, messages, and provide local information.

Schedule & Work Details

Shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with flexibility required. Weekend and holiday availability is needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Hotel experience is a plus; OnQ/PEP Hilton familiarity preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities.
