Original Job Summary
Overview
Join our team as a Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn & Suites Denver/Cherry Creek. In this role, you will be the face of the hotel, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service during check-in, throughout the stay, and at checkout while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
- Process various payment types including cash, check, debit, and credit.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any billing concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room readiness.
- Run daily reports, complete cashier and closing reports.
- Answer guest calls, messages, and provide local information.
Schedule & Work Details
Shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm with flexibility required. Weekend and holiday availability is needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Hotel experience is a plus; OnQ/PEP Hilton familiarity preferred.
- Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities.
