Overview

OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in healthcare innovation, expanding patient access, strengthening care teams, and improving health in rural and underserved communities. The Administrative Business Partner supports executive leadership and coordinates internal and external events in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support and detailed coordination.
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and event logistics.
  • Prepare, review, and refine reports and presentations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint for collaboration.
  • Facilitate hybrid meeting setups and troubleshoot AV technology.
  • Handle board committees support including meeting minutes and documentation.
  • Conduct research and synthesize key findings.
  • Travel as required for Go-Live installations, training, and events.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years supporting Board of Directors & Board Committees.
  • Experience with Board Portal platforms and meeting logistics.
  • Proven ability to record meeting minutes and official records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and a preference for Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and adherence to formal meeting procedures.
  • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment is required.

Work Environment & Compensation

This is a full-time remote position with a virtual home-office setup. Occasional travel is required. The position offers a competitive salary within a broadened pay range and benefits a healthy work-life balance.
