O-I Béziers (Hérault), a site with 95 employees operating 24/7 (365 days/year) with 5x8 shift teams, specializing in bottle manufacturing, is looking to expand its pool of temporary workers.

Job Description
The Béziers plant employs over 90 permanent employees, with 65 in production working in a 5x8 shift pattern. We also work with a dedicated team of temporary workers who cover for absent employees. Our temporary workers benefit from several weeks of theoretical and practical training provided by our internal trainers. Temporary workers are hired on permanent contracts when a position becomes available (retirement, resignation, etc.). The Béziers plant is currently recruiting several profiles to expand its team of temporary workers.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of all installations in the sector.
- Be the operational guarantor of the quality of products in your sector.
- Perform first-level maintenance on machines in your sector.
- Propose corrective actions according to established procedures in case of production deviations.
- Respect and ensure the proper application of all safety, food safety, and environmental instructions applicable in the factory.
Qualifications
- Ideally, you have a background in mechanics or maintenance.
- Or you have previous experience in industry.

Additional Information
Our temporary workers only work at O-I and stay for 18 months. If they have not had the opportunity to be hired within this timeframe, they move to a permanent temporary contract (CDI Intérimaire).
