Accelerate your leadership growth and embark on a transformative journey with O-I’s Financial Leadership Development Program. This 3-year program is designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles in accounting and finance by providing structured rotations in various finance departments within the Americas North Division.
Program Structure & Rotations
The program features a fluid rotation schedule:
- Plant Finance (Required): 1 year at a US manufacturing plant, involving month-end/year-end closing, Sarbanes-Oxley reporting, ledger reviews, journal entries, and cost accounting. (Relocation required)
- America’s North Operations – Finance: 1 year focused on financial analysis and operations data consolidation.
- Commercial Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis: 1 year performing pricing analysis, profitability metrics, and expense forecasting.
Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, target graduation 2026. Candidates should be willing to travel throughout North America and relocate as needed. Key skills include strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and initiative.
