About the Role
NZ Post is offering two newly created permanent Senior Business Analyst roles in its Data & Technology group. These roles are pivotal in enabling strategic change and delivering high-impact outcomes across the enterprise.
One role focuses on financial systems transformation using FMIS expertise, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape delivery outcomes aligned with strategic goals. The other role spans business and technology domains to define needs, shape solutions, and ensure enterprise strategy alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships across the organisation.
- Lead requirements analysis and change definition.
- Support delivery teams through testing, training, and transition.
- Promote business analysis practices and mentor team members.
About You
You have 5+ years' experience in business analysis within large enterprises. You are a strategic thinker with strong communication, analytical, and agile skills. FMIS expertise is required for the role focused on financial systems, and you should be adept at influencing senior leadership.

Locations
The FMIS focused role is ideally based in Wellington. The other role offers flexibility, being based in either Auckland or Wellington.
