Position Overview

NYU Langone Health, a top academic medical center with exceptional patient outcomes, is seeking a Registered Nurse Fink Pediatrics Part Time to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering safe, competent, and compassionate care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary medical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide emergency care in accordance with established policies.
  • Offer educational sessions including BLS classes for staff.
  • Coordinate RN schedules and monitor nursing coverage.
  • Serve as a resource and support for nursing staff, medical assistants, and students.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a current Registered Professional Nurse license in New York, at least 3 years of nursing experience, and Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS certification and emergency or critical care experience are preferred.
