Position Summary
The candidate will provide a wide variety of administrative support including managing calendars, preparing reports and databases, processing travel and expense reports, coordinating conference calls, and offering general clerical support. This role serves as backup for Executive Assistants and Project Assistants.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to maintain and improve workflow efficiency.
- Manage word processing tasks including composing and proofreading correspondence.
- Prepare and compile reports and data from various sources.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings including teleconferences and video calls.
- Develop filing systems, manage mail distribution, and perform general clerical tasks.
- Offer reception support by greeting clients and resolving inquiries as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of related administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access), with strong writing, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to type at least 50 net words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications
Five years of responsible administrative experience and effective communication at all organizational levels.
