Digital Support Specialist at Nymbus
The Digital Support Specialist supplies a multi-faceted approach to providing support for our Launch clients. This remote position involves monitoring, reviewing, and approving customer applications submitted through our retail account onboarding platforms while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently answer inbound calls and secure messages.
- Manage communication for new digital bank account onboarding.
- Solve customer issues and resolve inquiries on first contact.
- Utilize multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve tickets.
- Participate in bank environment testing and data validation.
- Complete transactions accurately following guidelines and procedures.
- Engage in professional development and training.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
- Heavy Call Center or related customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and diagnostic utilities.
- Excellent communication, technical training, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and maintain schedule flexibility.
