The Team

The Product team operates with high autonomy and impact. They own outcomes from discovery to shipping, working collaboratively to push the boundaries of developer platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the roadmap for the Nylas Connectivity Suite.
• Translate complex technical infrastructure into clear business value.
• Gather insights from the developer community and enterprise partners.
• Own the documentation and launch lifecycle for high-quality releases.
• Conduct research and validate assumptions for fast decision-making.

What You Must Bring

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience with technical products.
• Experience working with APIs, data transformations, and developer platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and discuss technical details.
• Strong communication skills and experience with distributed teams.

Interview Process

• Round 1 - 30 minute discussion with the Hiring Manager.
• Round 2 - Take-home assignment and 60 minute panel presentation.
• Round 3 - Series of 45-minute chats with the team.

Compensation and Location

The estimated base salary range is 120,000 - 160,000 CAD, with final compensation based on qualifications. Please note, eligibility depends on location in registered states/provinces.
