Research Partnerships Working Student
NVision Imaging Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Partnerships Working Student (m/f/d) to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, funding processes, grant writing, and partnership coordination. You will support the Funding & Research Partnerships Lead with daily tasks, manage research collaborations, explore funding opportunities, and contribute to the success of innovative technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the scientific field, our product, its applications, the market, and customers.
- Identify and map funding opportunities for scientific and clinical projects, staying current on relevant programs and calls for proposals.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of global grant opportunities.
- Conduct ad hoc research using various sources (scientific literature, news, funding databases, market developments) to support proposals and partnerships.
- Assist in organizing grant application materials and potentially support grant writing.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate the scientific value and applications of our technology.
- Leverage AI tools for research, content generation, and workflow optimization.
- Coordinate meetings, track project timelines, and maintain organized documentation for projects and partnerships.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of four semesters of university experience in a life science subject or related field.
- M.Sc is considered an advantage.
- Interest in market research, funding/tender processes, and partnership development.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information from diverse sources.
- Proven ability and strong interest in leveraging AI tools for efficiency and output quality.
- Proficiency in using online databases, search engines, and research tools.
- Ability to create professional, well-structured presentations and reports.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- English proficiency is required.
- German language skills are considered an advantage.
- Availability for a minimum of 18 hours per week.
- Minimum commitment of 12 months.
