The Opportunity: Training Operations Manager, EMEA

We are seeking a highly organized and operationally driven Training Operations Manager to join our Global Training Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at coordinating complex workflows across customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring fast-paced training operations run efficiently. You will elevate global training delivery by optimizing processes, managing multiple initiatives, and driving seamless program execution at scale. This is your chance to deliver world-class learning experiences, strengthen operational excellence, and contribute significantly to our global training ecosystem, impacting thousands of learners worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and refine comprehensive business processes supporting enterprise customer training, public workshops, conference training labs, and various global training programs.
  • Own end-to-end coordination and execution of workshops and conference training events, including scheduling, instructor assignments, registration, and day-of logistics.
  • Lead the successful delivery of workforce training plans for Enterprise Customers.
  • Manage vendor and partner workflows to plan and deliver Deep Learning Institute (DLI) workshops at scale.
  • Handle customer support inquiries for DLI programs, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve systems, automate workflows, and enhance scalability across training programs.

What We Need To See

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing training programs, driving efficient processes, and coordinating with customers and partners.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience planning and delivering workshops, conferences, or similar events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in operational execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring order from uncertainty.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
