We are seeking a highly organized and operationally driven Training Operations Manager to join our Global Training Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at coordinating complex workflows across customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring efficient execution of fast-paced training operations. You will be instrumental in elevating global training delivery, optimizing processes, managing multiple initiatives, and driving seamless program execution at scale. What You'll Be Doing
As the Training Operations Manager, Deep Learning Institute EMEA, you will lead and refine comprehensive business processes that support enterprise customer training, public workshops, conference training labs, and various DLI programs globally. Your core responsibilities include:
- Owning the end-to-end coordination and execution of workshops and conference training events, encompassing scheduling, instructor assignments, registration management, and day-of logistics.
- Leading the successful delivery of workforce training plans tailored for NVIDIA's Enterprise Customers.
- Managing critical vendor and partner workflows to effectively plan and deliver Deep Learning Institute (DLI) workshops at scale across the EMEA region.
- Handling all customer support inquiries related to DLI programs, ensuring timely and high-quality responses that enhance learner satisfaction.
- Actively contributing to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving existing systems, automating operational workflows, and enhancing scalability across all training programs.
What We Need To See
You should possess 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing training programs, driving efficient processes, and coordinating effectively with customers and partners. Specifically, we require:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in planning and delivering workshops, conferences, or similar large-scale events.
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all operational execution tasks.
- A demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to uncertain or ambiguous situations.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as required for program execution.
