Are you ready to lead multiple engineering teams working on groundbreaking technologies across diverse business units? We need a strong dedicated Technical Program Manager - Secure Crypto Services in the Secure Cryptographic Services team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the shared planning roadmap for Cryptographic Key & Certificate management, and Signing Services activities to streamline a shared roadmap with customers.
- Coordinating cross-functional alignment and execution across GPU, CPU, NBU, SW, and driver teams to ensure roadmap pivots are communicated and effectively coordinated into planning.
- Establishing processes to adapt swiftly yet systematically to organic roadmap changes.
- Implementing mechanisms to minimize last-minute requests by introducing early transparency and prioritization frameworks across multiple programs and customer needs.
- Formulating strategies for handling customer concerns and unforeseen changes.
- Defining and enforcing key management ceremonies such as roadmap reviews and sign-off checkpoints to maintain transparency and standardization across customers.
- Facilitating communication and dependency tracking between hardware chip, systems, firmware, software, and crypto services teams.
- Facilitating alignment on requirements and deliverables, ensuring clear ownership and measurable achievements across multiple business units.
- Identifying risks associated with rapid roadmap pivots and developing robust mitigation strategies.
What We Need To See
- Proven program management experience in semiconductor or hardware/software integration environments.
- 12+ years experience of demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated, multi-team projects with shifting priorities.
- Outstanding communication and collaborator coordination skills.
- Familiarity with chip development lifecycles and roadmap planning.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related role in a semiconductor company.
