This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise and experience in managing technical partnerships and enablement. You will be instrumental in inspiring partners to innovate and transform enterprise business processes using Agentic AI, leveraging the NVIDIA platform.
This is a highly technical position requiring deep expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and scalable software engineering. Beyond technical prowess, it emphasizes successful project management and strong interpersonal and organizational skills to orchestrate internal and external relationships, supported by the broader ANZ NVIDIA team.
As part of the Solutions Architecture team, you will engage with cutting-edge computing software and hardware, driving breakthroughs in deep learning and artificial intelligence. This position offers a prime opportunity to advance your career in the rapidly expanding field of AI Software Development Kits and broader AI, empowering some of the world's most successful companies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Becoming an NVIDIA AI expert and enabling GSI developers to adopt NVIDIA Nemo and NIMs for their Generative AI offerings, platforms, and client services.
- Constructing complex workflows with multiple steps for AI agents to analyze, strategize, perform tasks, access APIs, and fix errors autonomously.
- Working with Business Managers to thoughtfully craft the vision, actionable, and effective strategies for the broader GSI group.
- Closely partnering with other Solutions Architects, engineering, product, and business teams at NVIDIA to build GenAI full-stack solutions for industry vertical and enterprise use cases.
- Encouraging industry executives and GSI leaders by articulating the business value from the state-of-the-art in Generative AI.
- Creating or running Proof of Concept and Demos that require presentation skills, explanation of complex topics, writing Python code to execute data pipelines and train ML/DL models, and deploying on container-based orchestrators.
- Answering questions and providing mentorship to the GSI Ecosystem, assisting partners and customers on their mission-critical projects.
- Helping partners build their GPU-enabled Accelerated Compute datacenters and maximize their investment.
- Partnering with APAC Regional and HQ Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to develop and plan optimal solutions for Partners.
- Enabling development and growth of product features through customer feedback and proof-of-concept evaluations.
- Running NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute and Skills Transfer sessions with GSIs, Customers, OEMs, and partners around NVIDIA and other HW and SW solutions.
What We Need To See
- Professional, long-term experience as a Data Scientist (focus on AI/DL/ML) developing/supporting customer-facing projects, especially in computer vision, Conversational AI, or data analytics technologies, particularly RAG and Agentic AI workflows.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Strong customer-facing or presales/consulting and technical experience with AI/ML/Big Data frameworks.
- 5+ overall years of work-related experience in deep learning, data science, or software development with knowledge of parallel computing with GPUs.
- Good planning and long-term strategic engagement and orchestration with a broad ecosystem of stakeholders.
- Clear written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with management and engineering, and share knowledge effectively.
- A self-starter with an attitude for growth, passion for continuous learning, and excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely, planning well with strong partnering within a small team.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Experience leading technical teams working with partners or customers, or consulting/advisor experience in the AI space.
- AI/Data Science project management, liaising with multiple stakeholders to drive projects, and coordinating resources.
- Proficient developer experience on NVIDIA SDK platform using Nemo and NIM, ML/DL frameworks, and MLOps ecosystem of tools and solutions in the cloud and on-prem.
- Experience with cloud-based solution designing, APIs and Microservices, orchestration platforms, storage solutions, and data migration techniques.
