Senior Technical Training Developer, AI & Data Center

About the Role

NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding Senior Technical Training Developer, AI & Data Center to join its education services team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation and delivery of technical content on NVIDIA’s AI solutions across diverse configurations and workloads. NVIDIA is at the forefront of AI, HPC, and data center technologies, developing groundbreaking solutions that power the world's most demanding workloads. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI data centers by crafting innovative training programs that deliver real-world impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop comprehensive training materials focused on NVIDIA’s solutions and their integration within AI and HPC data centers.
• Collaborate with internal and external domain experts to draft training outlines that align with prevailing market trends and customer requirements.
• Build engaging, lab-based training modules, incorporating clear diagrams, explanatory videos, and interactive hands-on exercises.
• Conduct both in-person and remote training sessions for NVIDIA’s valued customers and partners, with a willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
• Participate in internal test deliveries to ensure an exceptional learning experience and actively solicit feedback from students and industry partners for continuous course content improvement.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or engineering, coupled with relevant proven professional experience.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in data center technologies, including Linux server administration, deployment of containerized AI workloads, and configuration of networking protocols.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud environments and enterprise tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Slurm, Git, Python, and experience with major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills in English (a writing sample is required).
• Proficiency in delivering engaging training and presentations, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across various levels within a matrixed organization.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI and compute technologies, including DGX systems, HPC platform, InfiniBand networking, and NVIDIA software platforms like NVIDIA AI Enterprise and Run:ai.
• Possession of advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA), or cloud architecture certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Proven experience in technical training development and delivery, showcasing the ability to create impactful hands-on lab exercises, instructional materials, and present to technical audiences both remotely and in-person.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science or engineering.
