Senior Technical Training Developer, AI and Data Center Platforms

In this role, you will lead the creation and delivery of technical content focused on NVIDIA’s AI solutions across diverse configurations and workloads. What You'll Be Doing

• Develop comprehensive training materials centered on NVIDIA’s solutions and their critical role in AI and HPC data centers.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external domain experts to draft training outlines that align with current market trends and essential customer requirements.
• Build engaging, lab-based training experiences, thoughtfully incorporating clear diagrams, explanatory videos, and interactive hands-on exercises.
• Conduct both in-person and remote training sessions for NVIDIA’s valued customers and partners, with a willingness to travel up to 25% as necessary.
• Actively participate in internal test deliveries to guarantee a high-quality learning experience and consistently seek feedback from students and industry partners to continuously improve course content.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or engineering, accompanied by relevant, proven professional experience.
• At least 8 years of professional experience specifically in data center technologies, including hands-on Linux server administration, deployment of containerized AI workloads, and configuration of networking protocols.
• Strong technical expertise in cloud environments and enterprise tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Slurm, Git, and Python, coupled with experience using major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and technical writing skills in English (a writing sample is required for consideration).
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering engaging training and presentations, with a clear ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different levels within a matrixed organizational structure.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI and compute technologies, including DGX systems, HPC platforms, InfiniBand networking, as well as NVIDIA software platforms like NVIDIA AI Enterprise and Run:ai.
• Possession of advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA), or recognized cloud architecture certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Extensive proven experience in technical training development and delivery, with a demonstrated ability to create impactful hands-on lab exercises, comprehensive instructional materials, and present to technical audiences both remotely and in-person.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, or engineering.
