About the Role

The Automotive Vehicles team at NVIDIA is searching for a creative and expert Senior Technical Program Manager - Autonomous Vehicles to bring NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle solution to market. This role involves coordinating multi-functional engineering teams, managing project roadmaps, and ensuring that all releases meet NVIDIA and automotive standards.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and manage project roadmaps and schedules
  • Coordinate release efforts with multiple engineering managers
  • Balance risks, address issues affecting scope, schedule, and quality
  • Define and monitor release quality metrics using industry standards
  • Guide teams in agile/scrum practices and process improvements
  • Generate KPIs and metrics to track progress and trends
  • Communicate program status and key issues to leadership

What We Need To See

Applicants should have a BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience. Experience in software development, agile methodologies, and tools like Jira or JAMA is required. PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus. Backgrounds in autonomous vehicles, automotive software development, and related areas are highly valued.

  • Experience with autonomous vehicles and machine learning integration
  • Familiarity with start-ups or early-stage product development

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is determined based on location and experience, with competitive salary ranges. Equity and benefits are also included.
