About NVIDIA - Senior Technical Program Manager AI and ML Software

Hardware Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of programs supporting the bringup, operations, and automation of GPU infrastructure. This role supports NVIDIA's sophisticated AI and hardware research efforts to shape the future of computing.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with cross-company partners to develop technical strategies, build programs, and coordinate execution to meet key business objectives. Responsibilities include:

  • Composing technical strategy and program coordination across teams
  • Nurturing continuous improvement in tooling, automation, and process
  • Guiding agile engineering efforts including planning, design, and implementation
  • Utilizing data-driven metrics such as OKRs, KPIs, and reporting
  • Facilitating effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We Need To See

An ideal candidate will have:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in software engineering and/or technical program management
  • Expertise in infrastructure software, production application development and large scale distributed computing
  • Experience with large scale HPC/AI Infrastructure deployments
  • Outstanding communication, multitasking, and agile project management skills

  • Experience with new datacenter capacity bringup across cloud and on-premise
  • Migrations from on-premise to cloud solutions

Compensation & Benefits

Salary will be determined based on location and experience. Base salary ranges are provided for different levels, with eligibility for equity and other benefits.
