Job Summary: Senior Networking Execution Specialist at NVIDIA

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Networking Execution Specialist to spearhead the day-to-day completion of crucial Networking programs. As an integral part of the Networking Business Operations organization, you will collaborate closely with Networking management, logistics coordination, device infrastructure, manufacturing, NPI, and CPM back-office teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer programs, high-impact deals, and shipments are executed on time and in strict alignment with customer and contractual commitments.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this pivotal role, you will lead operational implementation, guaranteeing seamless delivery across various teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking direct responsibility for operational activities across Networking Operations, logistics, hardware, and back-office teams to advance key programs and customer deals.
• Acting as the execution focal point between CPM teams and operational functions, ensuring alignment and proactively preventing late surprises.
• Identifying execution, OPS, and logistics risks early, and actively driving mitigation actions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Tracking and managing operational readiness for critical NPI programs, from initial readiness phases through ramp-up and final delivery.
• Ensuring customer projects and high-impact deals are operationally aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Actively tracking critical shipments for key customers, proactively flagging risks related to delays, allocation challenges, or logistics bottlenecks.
• Clearly communicating progress status, identified risks, and any blockers to senior management, providing factual data and actionable recommendations.

What We Need to See

• 12+ years of verified experience in practical operational delivery, program coordination, or operations-related roles within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of OPS, logistics, manufacturing flows, and shipment execution processes.
• Experience supporting or owning NPI operational readiness, ramp, and delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to identify execution risks early and effectively drive mitigation strategies across multiple teams.
• Strong collaborator management skills, including close collaboration with CPMs, various operations teams, and senior leadership.
• Proven experience handling customer issues by meticulously addressing root causes rather than just symptoms.
• A strong focus on detail combined with the capability to operate effectively at a strategic level.
• A data-driven approach coupled with the ability to clearly communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
