Overview

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to develop a cloud network infrastructure. The role focuses on crafting a reliable, scalable and efficient network to support NVIDIA software development workflows and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, compute resource management, and developer productivity tools. This position is instrumental across the entire software stack from Graphics Drivers to Autonomous Vehicles to Deep Learning frameworks.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will:

  • Lead architecture and design of cloud network infrastructure covering intra-DC, inter-DC, Corp IT, and Internet connectivity.
  • Implement, manage and troubleshoot entire network stacks.
  • Automate network infrastructure end-to-end including provisioning, management, and monitoring.

What We Need To See

Requirements include:

  • Expert knowledge in large scale IP Networking Technologies and protocols such as MP-BGP, OSPF, ISIS, VRF, VxLAN, EVPN, QoS, GRE, IPSEC, DNS, MACsec.
  • Hands-on experience with Peering and Datacenter interconnect technologies including PNI, Transit, Exchange, Passive DWDM, Wave circuits.
  • Proficiency in Python/Shell scripting for automation, monitoring and management tools.
  • Understanding of network virtualization (e.g., VRFs, VXLAN) and familiarity with systems like Arista, Cumulus OS, Fortinet OS.
  • Past experience in architecting, building and deploying networks for large scale distributed computing environments.
  • Experience with designing and building POPs and large-scale WANs.
  • Hands-on expertise with high performance network optimization in multisite international settings.
  • 8+ years of relevant network experience and a proven background with Arista switches.
  • A BS Degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary is based on location, experience, and comparable positions. The base salary range is 168,000 - 264,500 USD for Level 4 and 200,000 - 322,000 USD for Level 5. Equity and benefits are also available.
