Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team to develop self-driving software.
- Manage core components such as perception, planning, fusion, or mapping.
- Coordinate with tech leads and senior executives to drive project delivery.
- Develop processes and frameworks to enhance team performance.
- Build and communicate technical roadmaps and project statuses.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of product/program management experience, 5+ years in people management.
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or related fields.
- Strong technical background and creative problem-solving skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
