This pivotal position involves acting as a learning advisor and designer, collaborating closely with engineering business leaders and HR partners. You will delve into NVIDIA's cutting-edge technology and organizational dynamics to craft learning solutions that deliver tangible business results. Your contributions will ensure teams develop essential leadership, technical, and collaborative skills, vital for expanding high-performing engineering organizations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of NVIDIA’s technology, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to provide strategic advisory to engineering business organizations.
- Establish and nurture robust collaborations with engineering leaders to identify and address their organizational and development needs.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, offering advisory support, content composition, curriculum development, survey analysis, and project management.
- Work with HRBPs and regional HR partners to identify learning needs and support career development through offsites, workshops, and individual interventions.
- Liaise with Learning, Development & Inclusion (LD&I) to deliver training solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and LD&I offerings.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, including talent management, leadership development programs, and HR orientation initiatives.
- Lead talent development efforts, including employee, leadership, and team development, custom workshops, and business-led programs.
- Balance strategic vision with detailed execution, crafting and maintaining initiatives like mentoring programs, leadership townhalls, onboarding for technical functions, DEI initiatives, and manager/leader development.
- Establish and track metrics to evaluate the efficiency and impact of learning initiatives on the business.
What We Need To See
To excel as a Senior Learning Partner at NVIDIA, you should possess:
- 10+ years of experience in learning & development, talent, or related domains, preferably with familiarity in engineering or product settings.
- Over 3+ years of experience in developing, initiating, and supervising substantial programs with measurable achievements.
- Ability to be onsite at our Santa Clara, CA campus.
- A degree in Instructional Composition, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A practical and data-driven approach, capable of identifying high-impact solutions, translating them into actionable programs, and using data to inform decisions.
- Verified capabilities in composing learning experiences, managing change initiatives, communicating with customers, and using storytelling to captivate leaders.
- Outstanding collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and influence in a matrixed environment.
- Dedicated, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and adept at adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated thirst for knowledge and a solid presence in Santa Clara to establish genuine connections and uphold enduring collaborations with engineering teams.
