Overview

NVIDIA is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Senior Learning Developer to join our Global Education Services Team. In this role, you will create engaging, high-quality training content focused on video production, animation, and AI-enhanced learning materials.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Produce professional quality training videos using recording, animation, editing, and post-production techniques.
  • Design interactive courseware with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and AI-powered authoring tools.
  • Explore and implement tools to improve training production efficiency.
  • Create visually engaging presentations for enhanced learner engagement.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to develop quizzes, assessments, and certification exams.
  • Manage workflow, set priorities and ensure timely delivery of learning materials.

What We Need To See

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Animation, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience in instructional design or video-based learning content development.
  • Expertise in video production with hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with e-learning tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Captivate.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply AI-powered authoring and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, creative, communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Ways To Stand Out

  • Maintain a video-focused portfolio showcasing animated explainers, technical demos and AI-generated media.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI-powered authoring and production tools such as Synthesia, VEED, ElevenLabs, Pictory, and D-ID.
  • Advanced skills in motion graphics and video creation using Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience developing content for technical subjects like networking, AI, or cloud infrastructure.
