About the Role

The Senior Human Resource Business Partner at NVIDIA will support Software Engineering teams by partnering with senior leaders and translating business priorities into effective HR strategies. Reporting to the Director of SW HRBP, you will engage in staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, and retention strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work closely with senior leadership in Software Engineering to design and execute HR strategies aligned with the business goals. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with managers to understand business strategies and talent needs.
  • Conducting HR interviews and supporting hiring growth.
  • Addressing employee issues and ensuring fair representation.
  • Using data-driven approaches to analyze business metrics.
  • Supporting performance management, talent development, and review processes.

What We Need To See

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience as an HRBP in global organizations. Key skills include strong analytical capabilities, excellent Excel proficiency, a data-driven mindset, and familiarity with Workday systems. A positive attitude, creative problem-solving, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
