Overview

The Senior Human Resource Business Partner role at NVIDIA supports Hardware Engineering teams. This role is focused on partnering with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and execute strategies that drive staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, reward, retention, and work organization. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, critical thinking, planning ability, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with senior leaders in Israel to develop and execute HR strategies.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable HR agendas to support rapid growth.
  • Collaborate with central corporate teams on performance management, employee relations, compensation, career, and leadership development.
  • Support annual review processes and talent development initiatives.
  • Provide compensation support including salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling.
  • Drive teamwork within Global HR to ensure excellent service delivery.

What We Need To See

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience along with 8+ years in HR roles. You should have strong organizational and people assessment skills, proven analytics capabilities, and a data-driven approach. Consulting experience, broad business acumen, and creativity in talent acquisition are key. The candidate must have high judgment, bias for action, and the ability to deliver results in ambiguous circumstances.
