About the Role

Join NVIDIA as a Senior Data Center Ethernet Network Engineer on the Infrastructure Specialists team. You will design and test Ethernet networking solutions, contribute to the development of advanced data center networks, and work closely with clients to deliver robust architectures. Your expertise will be pivotal in advancing data analytics, deep learning, and HPC AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Ethernet and routing expertise for designing and testing network solutions.
  • Collaborate on multi-functional teams supporting server infrastructures and AI workloads.
  • Create DevOps automation scripts and develop switch fabric configurations.
  • Implement network configuration and validation tasks for data centers.
  • Develop deployment documents and monitor network performance with software tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years networking fundamentals experience in Switching, Routing, TCP/IP, and data center architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with BGP, VxLAN, EVPN and automation tools like Ansible, Salt, and Python.
  • Experience in client engagements, technical presentations, and network requirement analysis.
  • Ability to travel domestic and internationally up to 20%.

Preferred Skills

  • Linux certifications and Internetwork Expert (CCIE, JNCIE, ACE-E) certifications.
  • Experience with Cumulus OS and Infiniband certifications.
