Senior Cybersecurity Architect

About the Role

The Senior Cybersecurity Architect role at NVIDIA is responsible for building robust security architectures. Join our Information Security Architecture Team to design, maintain, and support comprehensive security frameworks including Cloud Security, Network Security, Identity and Access Management, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape NVIDIA’s enterprise security architecture.
• Design and maintain key security capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership in secure solution design.
• Partner with business units for threat modeling and risk review.
• Develop and socialize security architecture standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and recognized security certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCED, CCIE–Security).
• 12+ years of industry experience.
• Expertise in enterprise security technologies and frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS).
• Deep knowledge of system, application, and infrastructure security.
• Strong background in network security, Zero Trust architectures, and IAM solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact across all levels.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary ranging from 196,000 USD to 310,500 USD, with eligibility for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
